Fictional Landscapes, 2020, is a diptych of imagined landscapes created from places I had visited and documented in 2020. The silver gelatin montages were made using old, imperfect and "in process" negatives to imagine the reality of the shifting landscape. These were made by creating my own negatives on speed film and then exposing the contact film directly onto the paper.  These prints are an attempt to imagine landscapes beyond our current ecological crisis.
