The Natural Process: A newly funded research & development project taking place in 2023/24

~ a newly funded period of research development to deepen & consolidate my interest in sustainable plant-based processes for analogue lens-based practices, in the context of a climate emergency.This project will include a series of new, tested and refined natural recipes for analogue developing specific to Scotland's Landscapes -  filling a gap in knowledge in Scotland & building toward a new future resource for use by the sector.I will be working with other artists, folkloric foragers and sustainable specialists in their field. The Natural Process is supported by @creativescots and is allowing me to bring together natural methods, processes, theoretical research & sustainable photographic works into a new resource that will hopefully be available to purchase in 2025. Watch this space.
